Meaghan Clark

Director of Contracts

Meaghan Clark is the Director of Contracts for InterFuze Corporation. She possesses more than 13 years of federal contracting experience and is responsible for contracts, subcontracts, proposal development, and closeouts. Mrs. Clark began her career in contracting with Camber Corporation in 2009. Prior to joining InterFuze, Mrs. Clark was the Director of Contracts for R2C Incorporated where she also supported business development and program management.


Mrs. Clarks’ experience spans all DoD services—as well as DHS, NASA, VA, DLA, a host of other Federal Civilian agencies, and commercial and international contracts. She has a working knowledge with the FAR, DFARs, and GSA. Mrs. Clark is responsible for continuous improvement of departmental processes, and supporting phase-in, execution, and close-out of both federal and industry-based projects. She is focused on attaining process excellence in all phases of contractual execution.


Mrs. Clark is the active Vice President of Membership of National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for the Huntsville Chapter and an active member of Women in Defense. She is passionate about community outreach and serves in children leadership at Mable Hill Baptist in Ardmore, Alabama. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Athens State University with a Minor in Contract Management.
